Phase 1

Prototyping

Celayix Software needed a restructured website to accompany changes in their business and their digital strategy. This change meant condensing and reorganizing the significant amount of salient information on their platform.

User experience (UX) prototyping let Celayix’s team play with the proposed information architecture and see how the site will felt, moved, and loaded. The prototype is a functional floor plan for the human design of the site, and helps our team ensure an intuitive experience. Paired with content prototyping, this gave Celayix a structured and transparent guide for writing the content of their site, targeted for their message of making workflows easier for their clients.

Style Concepts

Celayix wanted lots of white space to allow their content to breathe and to speak for itself. They had minimal photography assets, so we created styles and used stock photography in innovative ways to create a unique, branded look. We worked on ways to integrate their existing icons throughout the design for further branding.

Celayix Software helps major service providers to build efficient solutions for their clients, turning what would normally be lengthy and time-consuming tasks - scheduling, time entry, and payroll - into smooth, effortless automations. Their new website helps Celayix to present the features and power of their platform, and the success stories it has built, to the world. Helping users to try their software out, get support, and see the other companies who've benefitted from the platform are front and centre.
