Faster Page Loads
LGM has been a leader in automotive finance and insurance for decades, but it was time for some big changes. They needed a website redesign to capture their updated brand messaging, and to showcase new products and services.
Our team was quite hands-on throughout the information architecture and UX prototyping processes. LGM looked to us for strategic direction on how best to create a clearer and simpler content experience. Our goal was to help them restructure their F&I information in a way that’s easier on consumers, while still detailed enough for manufacturers.
The new LGM branding aimed to be brighter and more welcoming, so we had a great opportunity to humanize their brand. The new design features friendly typography with yellow punctuation in the headings, and simple blue icons to balance the text. What rounds out the inviting experience is the authentic photos of their team.
Bringing it All Together
The new LGM Financial Services website is vastly outperforming the old site when it comes to visitors engaging with their content. The site is attracting significantly more users than ever before, and more pages viewed in the average session. Their page speeds have increased, and we’ve set up tracking on several new data points to help their team measure performance.
