Phase 1
Prototyping
Miracon came to us when they were undergoing a major rebrand. They needed an all-new design for their corporate site to align with the new vision and goals – including a renewed focus on their digital strategy.
Our goal for this web design was to build a scalable site for future growth, while showcasing their work and addressing the needs of the rebrand. The site needed to offer highly engaging and interactive areas for visitors, but still be easily managed by Miracon’s team.
Phase 2
Style
It was a no-brainer that this web design needed to put their stunning photography front and centre. Being able to explore attractive exterior and interior photos as well as floor plans would create an emotional reaction for website visitors. The new look and feel is clean and spacious like their communities, with vivid red accents to draw the eye to key actions like CTA buttons.
Phase 3
Bringing it All Together
The new Miracon site is a great piece of visual storytelling. From their primary pages to individual projects, their content evokes a desirable feeling of community. We built a reusable multisite framework that can be easily repurposed for each new construction project they develop. And through monthly SEO and content work including analytics reports and topic recommendations, we’ve helped them skyrocket their digital strategy!
