Prototyping

BBSPro had a heavily outdated website -and not in a cool, retro way- that didn’t reflect the quality of their customer service or products. Our goal was to combine a smooth product exploration experience with a complete brand refresh to more fully engage potential customers.

Visitors needed to be able to more easily navigate the highly technical product catalogue content, but the site and its branding still needed to showcase BBS Pro’s friendly, personable installation and maintenance services.

Style Concepts

The brand's visual identity was heavily scrubbed and buffed to give the new site distinct branding beyond the logo, which could then be used on other digital assets. Friendly, welcoming images of real-life employees greet visitors. Working collaboratively with BBS Pro, we aligned closely with their organizational philosophy on crafting a solution that is as functional as it is aesthetically pleasing.

BBS Pro's new website more accurately reflects its polished yet friendly reputation. It features powerful but user-friendly search options that guide potential customers to products, and logically calls out relevant services. With a fully responsive WordPress CMS, their team can quickly upload or update products and services content, while maintaining both back-end and public-facing tidiness.
