Prototyping
Smart Savvy had gone through a total rebrand and strategic overhaul, and was long overdue for a new website. We’d worked with them years ago on another project, and were happy to continue the relationship.
The goal of this website redesign was to deliver a fresh site that reflects their new brand story, but also to create something highly usable for their two audiences – employers and job seekers. The structure was built around how those audiences needed to use the site, and what they needed to accomplish.
Style
The main focus of this redesign was of course on capturing the rebrand, but we enjoyed the opportunity to help translate that into a full website experience. We wanted to create something spacious and modern, and in keeping with their target audiences. This was accomplished through roomy content blocks, human-centric photos, and slightly playful typography.
Bringing it All Together
The new Smart Savvy site makes it all about the user. It’s easy for job seekers to access the new Job Board and find current openings, while employers can explore the recruitment offering and get in touch. It feels not only on-brand for their business, but for people seeking opportunities in marketing, communications, and creative work.
