Unlike many of our clients, Resolute Legal’s website wasn’t terribly visually outdated, or difficult to navigate. Their team is quite skilled at creating intelligent, optimized content. What they needed was a significantly more flexible backend—without leaving WordPress—so they could easily edit their styles, adjust page layouts, and build new pages without having to hire a developer. And that’s exactly what we deliver on all of our projects by building on our low-code tool, Refoundry.
We took the full website redesign as an opportunity to recommend a few structural changes, though. We added an Areas of Practice landing page as an SEO-friendly gateway to their services, and turned the Learn area into a searchable, browsable library. We also added more related content blocks to pages, such as success stories and articles.
Style
Resolute Legal already had clear branding. We made the site feel much more vibrant and active by bringing their palette to section backgrounds and element accents. The addition of site-wide photography humanizes the business and creates an emotional connection. We rounded out the visual lift with added space and fresh typefaces.
Bringing it All Together
The new Resolute Legal website achieved all of their project goals and more. It’s now incredibly easy for their team to modify the site to customize any page they want. Their organic search traffic soared in the first month after launch. And pageviews for their educational resources skyrocketed, with increases ranging from 121% to +7,500%.
