Phase 1

Prototyping

Northland Asset Management Company (NAMCO) has a highly respected name and portfolio. Their website was incomplete and difficult to manage – and with a rotating group of properties and availability, a user-friendly website was a necessity. They needed a new site to really showcase their properties, while offering them more control.

The goal for this web design and development project was to build a browsable, searchable site that fully houses the 465+ properties NAMCO manages. This would include enhanced search filters for each type of property.

Phase 2

Style Concepts

For the NAMCO website redesign, we had lots of opportunity to add colour – their old had almost none, and we were excited to create a new palette. We opted for a bright but still natural-feeling green, with dark grey for typography and lots of white space to make the images stand out.

Phase 3

Bringing it all together

The new NAMCO website is sleek and professional, and filled with engaging images. The new search filters for each property type make it easy for visitors to use various options to narrow the results. The About page now tells more of the Northland story, adding more insight into the company and its values.
