The new NSMS site delivers a highly usable experience in multiple languages. The new content strategy reduces the barriers between new immigrant visitors to the site and the resources they need, with stronger navigation and better search capabilities. In particular, it’s a much stronger user experience for the large portion of mobile traffic. The new site is positioned to improve their SEO and other digital marketing efforts, which is evidenced in their improved performance results.
