Mills Basics is a thriving supplier of supplies and furniture for Canadian offices and educational institutions. They determined that in order to continue to stay ahead of the game, they needed a more strategic digital marketing plan including a new website front for their products catalogue.

Our goal for the custom website design was to build a fresh, modern user experience that would help visitors easily locate and browse products, while simultaneously showcasing Mills’ passion for social responsibility. The support area needed to be quickly identifiable for customer care.

Mills already had good branding. The purpose of the new design was to give everything a much more engaging look through improved design and new photography. The palette moves away from the old site's use of standard red and black, with a variety of fresh green shades that evoke their care for sustainable business practices.

The new Mills Office Productivity website is a modern, professional design that better reflects the strength of their brand. The improved user experience facilitates clear paths to browse products and services, access their catalogue or customer accounts, and get online support. With more emphasis on their company profile pages, the Mills values are intertwined with the other site content for more complete storytelling.
