About The Organization

The Boucher Naturopathic Medical Clinic provides high quality, affordable holistic healthcare to the public. Their physicians bring more than 250 years of combined clinical experience in men's and women's health, pediatrics, geriatrics, and physical medicine. As a teaching clinic, they equip student clinicians with essential hands on experience.

Phase 1

Prototyping

The Boucher Clinic has been providing holistic healthcare since 2005, while providing education and practical experience for its students. What they needed was a website redesign to make their public- and student-related content more accessible, site-wide branded storytelling to showcase their passion, and a stronger means to drive donations and sponsorship.

We recommended redesigns for existing pages as well as entirely new sections for the website, including enhanced filters and sharing options for their resources, a structured content strategy for their full range of educational offerings, improved storytelling integrated into the homepage and About area, and a custom contact form for easier conversions.

Phase 2

Style Concepts

Our approach to the Boucher Clinic's design was to really capture their brand personality in the colours: bright, modern, and fun. We created separate palettes for the Clinic and the Institute, with playful pink and aqua accents for the Clinic and a bright green and black accent pairing for the Institute. The typography is clean and strong, making it easily legible for their many senior patients.

Bringing it all together

The new Boucher Clinic website features inviting storytelling, strong calls-to-action, and intuitive navigation. Their new blog is informative and fun, showcasing their news, articles, event announcements, and press releases, as well as articles from the student newsletter. Services and resources are easily accessible and supported through advanced search filters.

On the Institute side, the new site is a clear, browse-able host to their offerings, including the core program, curriculum, and continuing education. The alumni and student life areas highlight the benefits to attending the Institute, and provide additional credibility as well as ongoing support content for graduates.
